Can Madden manage a project I've already designed?
Yes. If you have existing architectural drawings or a design consultant engaged, we can take on the construction management role from the pre-construction phase — procuring trades, obtaining permits, and managing the build to completion.
How do you handle unexpected site conditions?
Unexpected conditions — hidden rot, asbestos, out-of-level substrates — are a normal part of renovation work in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We document all discoveries immediately, present options and associated costs transparently, and get your approval before proceeding. We never proceed with unbudgeted work without written authorisation.
