Construction proceeds on schedule with weekly client updates. Final inspection, deficiency walkthrough, and full handover documentation.

Can you handle the permits?
Yes — permit applications, engineering coordination, municipal approvals, and inspections are all managed by Madden Renovations as part of the design & build service. You don't need to deal with the city directly.
